NFOSD Trifold Brochure – “Swallowing Disorders can Affect Anyone”

Ordering is simple, fill out the form below (US shipping only).

Our NFOSD commitment is to provide patient hope and improve quality of life for those suffering from all types of swallowing disorders. By enhancing direct patient support, education, research and raising public, professional and governmental awareness, our mission is to advance the prevention and treatment of swallowing disorders in our lifetime.

In support of our goal to increase swallowing disorder awareness, we created a brochure named, “Swallowing Disorders can Affect Anyone.” Order quantities of 5 and 10 are free of charge. Order quantities greater than 10 (and up to 100) require either being a current year NFOSD member or a $10 donation. Members may order up to 200 brochures a year.

For patients and caregivers, we encourage you to share this with friends and loved ones. For physicians, speech language pathologies, and those that support the dysphagia community, we ask that you place these in your clinics and hospital waiting rooms or distribute them at appropriate conferences (e.g., exhibit tables) or during relevant presentations.

If you are not a member, please consider becoming one. It is through your generosity that we are able to carry out our mission. Your order will be filled based on your current year membership or donation status. Due to mailing, printing, and handling costs, we are unable to fill orders for non-members or without a small donation to cover our expenses.

Required – A valid name (first and last) and email address are required. Orders without this information will not be filled.
