Just an update…have managed to stay on a fairly steady stream of mash and very soft veg. Weetabix and small amounts of toast but by the evening things seem to be a lot harder to manage so sometimes just agree that I’ve had enough for the day after lunch. Treat myself with brie probably more often than I should. I have stopped losing weight so dramatically so must be doing something right. Two stone in four weeks but I had it to lose but didn’t want to cheat it which is the reason I was at the gym in the first place. Managed a run this week following a successful breakfast of dippy eggs. Would love to hear from anyone else struggling after choking. There is absolutely no support for this in the UK. Xx
